How much does PlayyOn cost?

PlayyOn has no setup fees, or monthly subscriptions. We only charge a small fee if you choose to use our online credit card payment processing.

Collecting cash and checks does not incur a fee and free programs and events also have no fees.

See below for your region’s pricing;

Fees for credit transactions for all currently supported currencies:

United States: Dollar – USD

1. Service fee: 1.5% per credit card transaction

2. Stripe fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per credit card transaction

3. Special non-profit rates available *

Canada: Dollar – CAD

1. Service fee: 1.5% per credit card transaction

2. Stripe fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

3. Special non-profit rates available *

England: Pounds Sterling – GBP

1. Service fee: 1.5% per credit card transaction

2. Stripe fee: 1.4% + 20p per credit card transaction

Ireland: Euro – EUR

1. Service fee: 1.5% per credit card transaction

2. Stripe fee: 1.4% + €0.25 per credit card transaction

Australia: Dollar – AUD

1. Service fee: 1.5% per credit card transaction

2. Stripe fee: 1.75% + $0.30 per credit card transaction

New Zealand: Dollar – NZD

1. Service fee: 1.5% per credit card transaction

2. Stripe fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per credit card transaction

FOR EXAMPLE:

You have set up a program that costs US$100. When participants register and pay with their credit card, there will be a $1.50 PlayyOn service fee and a $2.70 Credit Card transaction fee. A total of $95.80 will be deposited into your bank account.

*For non-profit pricing, Fee discount for nonprofit organizations

We offer a discounted processing fee for qualifying nonprofit organizations. This custom charity pricing structure is only applicable for organizations accepting donations (e.g. not selling products or tickets), and by receiving these discounted rates, your organization will be agreeing to primarily use your PlayyOn account for this purpose.

If your organization has nonprofit status and will be processing 80% or more of donation payments through PlayyOn, email [email protected] with the following information:

1. Your EIN, or a letter from the IRS designating your 501(c)(3) status

2. Confirmation of the primary email address associated with your PlayyOn payment account

3. Confirmation that greater than 80% of your payment volume will be tax deductible donations.
